One major element which we have taken into account is the pressure that is put on the bigger sections when slapping and flicking the rig when fishing at long lengths. The design build of the G MAX MATCH 1 means that the lower sections especially are now built to dramatically slow down the delaminating process which occurs when 'slapping' meaning that your pole will now last you longer!
