We accept all major credit cards via our On-Line Secure server.

Also we have supplied a printable order form for you convenience, just print your order off and send it to us together with your payment.

How do I use the shopping Cart System?

Modifications have been made to suit increasing demand for the facility of a shopping trolley system within our web site, so here it is, you just click the items you require (add item), repeat click for multiple items and it is sent to your shopping trolley awaiting to be sent with your payment.
Our Shopping Trolley will hold Forty separately coded items, although it will hold many more multiple items (ie.100 packets of one kind of hook or float). At any point you have the opportunity to view your order by hitting the
View Basket button. To change your order you just click the Amend link against your order within Check Out, back at the required page you will find the clear button (Clr) which deletes the item number not required from the shopping trolley and your basket is updated accordingly. 

Once you have chosen your required items, click the
Check Out Button at the top of the page, choose by which means you wish to pay, ie. Secure On-Line Payment at our Secure Server, or if you wish to pay by Printing off the Order page, you can send this with your payment and your goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared..
On both accounts you must select the Postal Charge according to your order, and the final purchase amount will be worked out for you. Please ensure you enter all your details correctly. 

How do I know that my credit card details are safe?
You can have full confidence that the Benwick Sports on-line ordering system is fully secure. All credit card transactions are processed by RBSWorldPay from this site and are encrypted to create a totally secure and convenient shopping service system for you. Once you reach the RBSWorldPay order process when shopping on-line, you will notice a padlock appear at the bottom of your browser window, also, the address at the top will change to https://www... instead of http://www... Both are signs that you are entering a secure server to submit your payments details.
We are registered under the Data Protection Act, and do not release any details given to ourselves by you for any purpose other than for any credit or other checks needed to process your order. Any encrypted, electronically transmitted credit card details are held by our processing agents in a secure system and not passed to us.

Members of the British Armed Forces who are entitled to Tax Free Sales should not use our  Secure Payment System as VAT is included in the Grand Totals.

Orders outside the UK Mainland.

UK postage includes N.Ireland but not Isle of man etc.

Carrier delivery UK does not include N.Ireland.

Postage rates for countries outside Europe vary according to weight. Under 250gr is £7.50.  260-500gr is £10.00.  Anything over this weight you must contact us for a quote before ordering.

PLEASE NOTE:

P&P 1&2. We always post  "Signed For" this does not however guarantee next day delivery. Delivery can be  1-5 working days.

P&P 3. We always send "International Signed For" this can take up to 2 weeks for central Europe but up to 4 weeks elsewhere.

Note. We try to dispatch items which are in stock the same day they are ordered. Delivery by carrier is usually next working day but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control can take longer. Please remember that no parcels will be delivered on weekends and bank holidays. Important: If no-one is at the delivery address given  for a parcel then you will be "carded" and the carriers will usually attempt delivery once more, after this we may have to charge for delivery again.
