DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 All U.K.tackle mail order are usually sent via INITIAL CITY LINK or ROYAL MAIL.

International orders are usually sent via FEDEX,DHL,UPS,PARCEL FORCE or ROYAL MAIL.

BAIT SALES ARE SENT USING VARIOUS CARRIERS AND ARE USUALLY ECONOMY 3-5 WORKING DAYS. WE CANNOT PROMISE AN EXACT DELIVERY DATE.

Most  larger tackle items are delivered by INITIAL CITY LINK  (£10.00 rate) and are usually dispatched next working day but this is not guaranteed. If we are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange delivery.

Deliveries are usaually  between 7.30am and 5.30pm and your parcel could be delivered at any time during these hours.

Bait sales are dispatched using an economy carrier (3-5 days) Faster delivery is available at extra charge. Contact us for details.

We do not usually make courier deliver on Saturdays.

Should there be no-one present to accept the delivery, a card from the courier will be left at the delivery premises. You will then have 3 working days to arrange collection of the goods from the local depot yourself, or arrange for a second attempt at delivery by our carrier at an extra cost of £5.00 to yourselves. This second attempt be can only be authorised by us. If the parcel is not collected from the depot within 3 working days then it will be returned to us by 'THE CARRIER' This will incur an additional handling charge of £10.00, which is payable by yourselves. Should you wish us to arrange a further delivery, this will incur a charge equivalent to that of the original cost (£10.00)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT ORDER GOODS IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY OR ARRANGE COLLECTION FROM THE LOCAL 'CARRIER' DEPOT. IF IN DOUBT CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING.

Smaller items are usually sent “Recorded Signed For™” using Royal Mail delivery. This is up to 5 days but is not guaranteed,althugh it is usually faster. This service requires a signature on delivery, if no-one is in then you will be carded and can collect the goods from your delivery Post Office.In the event the goods go missing in the post we cannot put in a claim with Royal Mail for 15 working days. Working days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

We can send smaller items Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day. This is only guaranteed if the order reaches us by 9.00am and we have the goods in stock. 'NEXT DAY' means next working day and does not include weekends.

Any goods which are being returned to us by you, the customer are at your own risk. We suggest using insured Recorded post or Carrier. We cannot however be held responsible for any losses as a result of goods going missing.

OVERSEAS CONDITIONS.

Any products supplied by us and sent outside the UK which are damaged or supplied incorrectly must be returned to us for inspection. Other proof like photographs may be acceptable. Return carriage may be arranged either by us or the customer. It is usually cheaper for the customer to return the goods than for us to have them collected. If the customer returns the goods we will first have to agree the cost of postage via email or letter and proof of cost will be required. The customer will be refunded all postage costs if the claim is proven. If the customer asks Us to arrange collection of the goods we reserve the right to ask for a means of payment for return postage costs incase the claim is  not proven.If the buyer wishes to excercise his right to cancel his agreement under Directive 97/7/EC the buyer shall be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

All goods which are supplied by Us and sent outside the UK are not covered by the manufacturers usual warranty. For example if you buy a rod or pole and a section breaks within the UK warranty period we cannot claim against our supplier as their warranty is only valid inside the UK. We would always suggest that you insure expensive items against damage during use incase of breakages.
