General Information

When we sell out of a specific item 'Out of stock' will be displayed next to that item. We do this to prevent large large amounts of items being held on 'back order' and you do not order an item assuming it is in stock when we have sold out.

Please note that when adding items to your basket 'Not enough stock' may also be displayed.

This is a question we get asked regularly. Yes, all items available to order are in stock. However, if we take orders for more items than we have we will contact you immediately to let you know when we can deliver the item.

We use the following order statuses on your account Order history page and in the emails we send you:

Payment Accepted

Your order payment has been accepted but we have not yet started processing your order.

Processing Order

We have started to pick the items you ordered from our warehouse and we will ship your order soon.

Shipped

Your order has now been shipped either via Royal Mail or another carrier.

Awaiting Stock

One or more of the items you have ordered are not in stock and we are waiting for them to be delivered to us. In this situation we will normally notify so that you can decide whether you wish to wait for these items or not.

Awaiting Collection

Your order is ready for you to collect from our retail store.

Collected

You have already collected an order from our store.

Cancelled

Your order has been cancelled by agreement.

Refund/Partial Refund

Your order has either been fully or partially refunded.

There are a few other statuses that sometimes appear to indicate your payment is still being processed by a particular card provider, but these are usually very temporary and 99% or all orders will have one of the Statuses indicated above.

Yes, but the process is very simple and consists of simply providing us with your name, email address and a password during the Checkout process. This is the most basic information most websites require to process online orders.

Why do I have to verify my email address?

It is important to us that we have your correct email address so that we can communicate with you about your order. Asking to verify an email address prevents people supplying fake emails and discourages spammers.

Can I cancel or remove my account?

Yes of course. Simply contact us and we will remove your account from this website.
