To prepare either soak for 24hrs with some bicarb. & sugar, then boil for 30 minutes or until soft enough to hook. Or soak for 24 hrs and then bake in the oven in a casserole dish for approximately 30 minutes until soft.
Divide into bags and freeze until needed.
Supplied in 750gr bags.
