Please contact us to arrange the best way to return any goods which we supply incorrectly or which are faulty.
We will either refund customer postage (up to the value we charged on the order) or arrange collection.
Any goods which are returned for any other reason including returns under the distance selling regulations must be returned unused and in the original packaging. The customer must pay return postage costs. We always advise sending goods to us ‘tracked' and insuring them against damage or loss. If you are unsure please contact us first.
We will not refund return postage costs more than you originally paid unless agreed in writing.
