Product Returns
In the event that you need to return goods for any reason then please contact us to arrange the best way to do this.
If the goods are 'damaged' or 'faulty' then we will either refund customer postage if you return the goods to us (up to the value we charged on the order) or arrange collection if appropriate.
Any goods which are returned for any other reason, including returns under the distance selling regulations, must be returned unused and in the original packaging. The customer must pay return postage costs. We always advise sending goods to us ‘tracked' and insuring them against damage or loss. If you are unsure please contact us first.
We will not refund return postage costs more than you originally paid unless agreed in writing.
We do not issue returns labels or offer free returns on any goods.
