This sliding bolo float is designed for catching large fish in deep water. As it is a sliding float you can use a shorter and more powerful rod than the depth of water which makes taming large specimens much easier.
Set up is easy with a bulk and large droppers. The float rests on a smaller shot (no4) set a couple of feet above the bulk for casting and a slider stop knot is set above the float at the desired depth. When cast out the float will slide up the line through the tube and base eye until it rests at depth on the stop knot.
4.5mm hollow bristle which will support large baits or can be dotted down if needed. Fibreglass stem.
Available in sizes from 4 to 15gr to tackle most swims.
