What it’s used for:
- Adds a sweet chocolate aroma that fish find very appealing
- Helps create a strong scent trail to pull fish into your peg
- Encourages fish to feed more confidently and stay longer
When it works best:
- Especially effective in cooler water (autumn, winter, early spring)
- Ideal on stillwaters and canals, but also works on steady rivers
- Great when fish prefer subtle, natural sweetness rather than fishmeal
How to use it:
- Mix into your groundbait (a small amount goes a long way)
- Works well alongside brown crumb, leam, and bream mixes
- Can be combined with additives like BS20 for extra pulling power
