This float is part on the Sensas 'Northern' range which were designed originally for large canals in northern France. They are perfect for roach fishing in slow or still water as the 'set' really fast and show on the drop bites very quickly.
Use with a bulk of shot about 30-45cm above the hook and 2 small droppers and the float will settle really quickly which means you hit any on the drop bites even faster. The tapered design allows you to hold back slightly in slow moving water as well.
Ideal for maggot and pinkies.
