Guru Rig Hook Ups

The Tackle Guru Rig Hook Ups provide a simple, secure and effective way to protect pole rigs and elastic during a session, while keeping top kits neat, organised and ready for use.

Manufactured from a soft, flexible and highly durable material, the Rig Hook Ups securely retain the rig without marking or damaging pole sections. Their stretchy construction provides a secure grip while allowing them to be fitted and removed quickly and easily.

A key feature is the integrated hook locator, which safely holds the hook and keeps the rig neatly secured against the pole section. Its slim, streamlined profile helps reduce tangles and rig wrap-overs, while also protecting hook points during storage. This makes changing rigs and packing away at the end of a session quick and straightforward.

The design also helps protect pole elastic from unnecessary UV exposure. By securing the rig with little or no elastic protruding from the pole tip, more of the elastic can remain safely housed inside the top kit. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause latex elastic to deteriorate and perish, so reducing UV exposure can help maintain its performance and extend its working life.

Available in Small and Medium, the two sizes accommodate a wide range of modern pole top kits and sections:

Small – Ideal for standard top kits and smaller-diameter sections.

Medium – Designed for larger-diameter top kits, including No.3 and No.4 sections.
